DPC Secretary
- Salary: Voluntary – with expenses reimbursed

The DPC is a key leadership body within the district and acts as the trustees of the District.
The secretary's role is to work with the Chair of District and District Secretary to prepare the agenda and then collate and circulate papers for District Policy Committee meetings (DPC) meetings (usually 6 per year).
